It's dealerships like this one that give the industry at large a negative reputation. We made an hour-long trip to test drive a certified pre-owned vehicle the day after I had spoken in length with a sales person to confirm the price, availability, our trade-in, etc. The test drive was great and we were looking forward to getting a deal done.
