I've had problems with AutoNation Honda Clearwater since the day I purchased my car from them. However, their GM fixed what I had an issue with, FINALLY after 5 months. The main issue I have is their lack of customer service from their sales but mainly their finance department. Nathan Draus (Director of Finance) actually had the gall to HANG UP on me as I was trying to explain my situation to him. If I hadn't called the GM I never would have got my situation taken care of. Just go to the ford dealership and buy something worth your money
Spent several hours yesterday trying to purchase a preowned car. I was assured several times I could take the car home that night, and my check (since I was paying cash) could be put on electronic hold until my funds cleared. After all the grueling paperwork, trading in my car, transferring my belongings to the new car, Chris makes a phone call to someone? And says sorry, we can't hold your check.
