I'm so upset at the customer service we received there. The salesman was very rude. My husband and I came in yesterday to trade in our car and the whole time he just kept walking off not telling us a whole lot about what was going on then had us fill out the credit app and said we won't actually run it till we need to. Never actually told us hey we're running it now. If I would have know he was going to keep giving us horrible customer service I wouldn't have signed the credit app. My fault. Went in today for my pre-paid oil change, asked to have the car detailed. They washed it and vaccuumed, however I didn't notice till I was halfway home that they did not vacuum the floor or the back seat. When we called, the service manager said that it was unacceptable but when we took the car back they refuse to do it saying they don't do back seats. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.... having a car detailed and they refuse to do the back seat!!!

Here since 10:00am... 6 hours and when they were about to give me the car back, I notice they still did not fix the problem of paint on the windshield. Clean the sides but not the middle. So, the guy took it back to the shop to getting clean again.. I hope I don't have to be here for another 6 hours:(
I could not be happier than I am! We bought a pilot in September. What a wonderful experience we had, everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and helpful. i absolutely love this dealer. i particularly value and admire their service dept. i wish to give special kudos to Ken Fliger, the service manager who has cared for my Honda since the day i drove out of AutoNation Honda with it. i really depend on him to keep my car tip-top and he has not let me down. thank you Ken. their collision dept. is fantastic, also, with helpful and caring staff.
From the very first email to taking possession of the CRV everything was perfect! I still can't believe how wonderful mike and joe were. I detest car dealerships and all the stuff that goes along with getting another car,but this is really the one and only time it was painless! I highly recommend this dealership and the salesmen that went above and beyond
