I just bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V. My experience was great since I stepped into the dealership. The salesperson, Dan, was a great help and very knowledgeable. I also found the whole team including the financial mgr and the sales mgr to be precise and trustworthy. I love my CR-V and I would recommend anyone who's serious in purchasing a new Honda to see the excellence in this dealership.!!!!!

I had a 2007 Odyssey and loved it. After 10 yrs and 151,000 I decided to trade reluctantly. I wanted to down size some and decided on the 2016 Honda CRV Touring as I wanted all the bells and whistles. This automobile so far is fantastic-! I just bought a 2016 CR-V and from beginning to end in the process everyone was helpful and just great to work with. It started with an email, several emails in fact where the sales manager presented me with a selection of cars from which I picked the red one and provided pricing and leasing information. everyone hates the car buying experience, however this dealership made it seamless and very friendly. I was so happy to see that there was no standing over you wanted to know what you want what color you want can you buy it today, they were so laid-back and treated us with respect. I had a really bad taste in my mouth about Honda from back in New Hampshire. The salesmen were just awful. They made me feel like any question I asked was foolish, and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I ended up leasing a 2013 Civic because the price was right and I loved the car. Didn't like the financing and accounting teams. I had Cancelled the Honda care and they said will refund the money and it is almost 3 months now and we are going back and forth and nothing resolved. They said the check should out from shared service center then i called them, they said nothing we can do you have to call APCO and they will take care of everything. Called them and said we cancelled but we didn't issue any refund you need to contact dealer accounting........ ect.
They lie about there services that they provided...
As long as I live in the area this is the place I go. I am a big fan.
