I took my Pilot in for a routine oil change - (without an appt) and they were very welcoming and did an excellent job and I was in an out within an hour or so! great job team autonation honda!!

Very nice and I felt welcome. My Nissan dealer changed ownership and would no longer honor my AutoNation service contract. AutoNation Honda was very comforting having felt abandoned by Nissan. My service manager Craig was very helpful and the customer waiting comfortable. Everyone was pleasant.
Brad was very helpful in explaining what I needed. Work was done timely and I am 100% satisfied. The car drives like new.
When I bought a car here some time back, I was given some free oil change coupons. It was easy to use them. The service manager was personable and efficient.
I've been bringing my cars in to AutoNation Honda for service for over 15 years. Service is always first rate. It would be easier to go to another location, but I trust service manager Craig. He tells me what I need and what I can put off if I want. He has never steered me wrong. I will continue to go there as long as Craig is there.
Craig Lippy is beyond phenomenal. Everyone approaches you before you approach them. They are so service oriented and caring. Most importantly caring! Impressive for a dealership.
