Completely wasted my time. Service department is completely unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate. What kind of dealership doesn't have a loaner car for getting warranty work done on a car? Or any other option besides paying for your own rental car? Which they lied about how much it would cost as well. Absolutely embarrassing and I will never spend a dime at this store again, nor will anyone in my family.
If you are looking for a highly skilled mechanic....Garrett is your guy! He is truly skilled, honest and has your cars best interest at heart! It's nice to Trust a Mechanic with your baby aka car!
