Today, I finished leasing my second Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Clearwater and once again, I had another wonderful experience. Excellent customer service! I drive from Dunedin ever though there is a closer Honda dealer because of the service. Highly recommend it! The service department can't be beat!
We've been Autonation Honda Clearwater customers for years now, and have always enjoyed excellent service from their Service department and staff. I was in for a scheduled oil change on our leased 2016 C-RV and was able to get some work done on my computer in the lounge while I was waiting. My service consultant, Mike, was very courteous and cheerful. Thanks to all involved!
Terrible service, poor communication, and sketchy business practice. Went in with preapproved financing, but they said they could get me a better deal through their financing. Agreed and filled out tons of paperwork. Sent car home without securing financing; sends letters home congratulating you on your purchase, then repossesses the car after one month saying financing is not available, and after your paid trade is gone. Filing reports with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection.
Called Autonation Honda Clearwater at 5pm for battery service. As soon as I arrived, Service Advisor Ken Fliger moved our civic into the garage. A new battery was installed and I was out within an hour. Ken was very professional, the facility was clean, and the battery installation looks good. I'll be back.
