Tried to tell me I needed 2 new tires when one of the screws was a very small screw and did not cause any damage. Adam is rude and unfriendly. Told me once it’s not a Adam problem it is a Honda problem.

RecommendedService was excellent. No trouble getting an appointment. For full maintenance, however, I consider the cost very high. I still recommend Honda 385 with the assurance that the work will be handled correctly and efficiently. Have ONLY used this dealership location for the 5 years I've owned my Civic.

Not unexpected - seems the positive comments didn’t actually have anything to ‘fix’ then the service department is the GOAT .... however if what you need is actually service that a high school kid couldn’t do then take it somewhere else
