Go elsewhere for service. I have a warranty paint issue. I brought it on on October 12th for them to take pictures and despite weekly calls to follow up, still not resolved. The “only” person who can help me, Bob, is never available, sick, on vacation, etc. and apparently doesn’t return phone calls when and if they are ever in the office. Nothing but the run around.

Today I went in to get new tires and an alignment, I informed Chris that I had an doctor appointment that afternoon. He made sure I got there on time and picked up. When I returned my car was ready and running great! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!!!
I have been a loyal Honda owner for decades but I am so unhappy with my recent 2020 Honda Odyssey purchase and the customer service (or lack thereof) from the Honda 385 in Memphis, TN. Currently going above or outside of those at this location to get my recalls fixed, oil changed and maintenance light turned off, and the ENTIRE navigation screen and DVD player that has not worked in MONTHS (we came in with an appointment to have these things handled in September and left after 8 hours with nothing accomplished). My advisor of over 14 years recently retired. A new advisor assisted with the same courtesy. I dropped in Friday 12/18 afternoon without an appointment. Only requested oil change. Upon checkout the total was $85.96. I though, boy have they raised their prices. I had a transmission service performed at AutoNation this past August and at checkout was told that I needed the service. Other recommendations were made for an additional $750. We have always had very good service at Auto Nation Honda. We usually use Adam in the service department. He’s upfront and makes sure everything is done correctly. The oil changes and tire rotations are the same price, if not cheaper, than Jiffy Lube and done much better (I’ve never had an oil cap left off or incorrect fluids placed in the wrong place at Auto Nation like I have had at retail places).
