Excellent experience with both Cedric and Katherine who assisted in the sale/ purchase of the vehicle. Katherine stayed late to help me with the purchase and Cedric was always available via text to assist me with any and all questions- even if he was not at work- which in my opinion is above and beyond. I am however disappointed that they did not give me a fair trade in price for my car- based on what I was offered at other dealerships. I was told that my credit would not be run in the proses of buying a home until I was ready to but they did not cool !
Internet department called me the same day as my interest in the vehicle! Unfortunately, my house didn't sel so I was not able to purchase the truck I wanted. Will try them again in August.
They worked really hard to give me the car I want at the best price. Extremely willing and helpful to make my purchase quick and easy.
The dealer responded but never read the email i sent. I asked them about total price paid in full and they respond with me being concerned about the monthly payments. I NEVER ASKED ABOUT MONTHLY PAYMENT. When i ask again.....i was told sticker price was firm. Then they emailed me again to come in and talk about the price..............
