I just had my Ford Escape in for maintenance , and was so pleased by the service of course, but also happy to see so many of the staff and customers wearing masks. Bought a used car from AutoNation Ford Jacksonville back in Sept/Oct 2020. Paid in full, and the first service for tire rotation and oil change WAS included (stated in my paperwork, my father was there with me and he remembers). Went ahead and scheduled the appointment for January 2021, I show up and they don’t have it anywhere in their system saying that it is a prepaid service.
