Buyers beware!! I was able to go to Coggin ford and get the same vehicle for $5000 less. They were not willing to work with me and kept trying to tell me that I would need to pick out a different vehicle. I would definitely look around at other dealerships before choosing this one.
The AutoNation service department has been fantastic to work with and have taken great care of me and my truck so far. Stephanie always is nice to me and straight forward with me about any repairs or recommend maintenance. I couldn't ask for a better experience so far.

company makes bogus promises and do not stand behind what they sell.
I've had my explorer in for 2 recalls and 2 repairs at Auto Nation on Phillips and their service department has been phenomenal each time, specifically, Laura Stevens. If you have to go in for any reason, ask for her. I just mentioned I was thinking of trading the explorer in for an F-150 and she made sure I had one for a loaner while my repairs were being completed. Best customer service, that woman deserves a raise!
I was in town for the ga game last weekend and my brakes went out. Stephanie McGuire was awesome. Got me in and out quick. I'm in the car business also and I wish I had some Stephanie's here. Great job! Thanks again
