RecommendedMy experience with AutoNation has been 5-Star all of the way. The Service Department has always taken great care of our Ford vehicles. My recent purchase of a new F-150 was smooth and easy. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford on Phiilips Highway!
After having my previous vehicle totaled the last thing I wanted to do is have to look for another car! I stopped at Auto Nation on the spur of the moment and had one of the buying experiences ever! Both sales people I worked with, Paul & Ronny, were very helpful and took time to explain things to me when I asked. Kristine in the Finance Dept worked so hard to get me a better interest rate than I already had on a pre-approved loan. This was nothing like what I was dreading as a car buying experinence!

Our sales rep Karen made a bad prior deal from another Ford dealership into a great experience. She helped us get into a new car at the price we needed and made our experience a terrific experience. I hate car shopping but will visit Karen again for my next car too.
