The dealer was professional the only thing he wasn’t willing to negotiate for a better price I would of buy the vehicle if the price was reasonable

The general manager accused me of trying to fraud him into buying a car & pulled a photo that looks just like my car online to tell me that the car has structural damage & claims that the title was a total loss and accused me of converting it into a clear title. The car he pulled online wasnt even my car!!! He accused me of being in a ring who tries to change loss titles to clear all because he had a total loss issue with someone in my family. Before i towed my car to auto nation i called and spoke to someone about their repair schedule she said since your vehicle is inoperable i can escalate it bring it in so i did on april 26,2022. I gave them some time like 4 days trying to be understanding of others before me no response no update. This has been ongoing thru my entire 38 days of dealing with this business. I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I never felt like they were trying to add in random fees and from my research, the prices are fair for this crazy market. I usually worry about the finance department, however, both guys I dealt with were great. I was able to purchase a vehicle in a couple of hours and I would recommend this place to a friend. The only reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is the vehicle I traded in had about 3/4 tank of gas and the vehicle they sold me was given to me with only 90 miles to Empt... read more
