This location was helpful in dealing with a difficult insurance company. They replaced a damaged door on our Corolla that now has wind noise that wasn’t there before and they have not been able to remedy the situation. That is why I gave a did not recommend.
RecommendedAuto Body repairs are top notch never had to ask for a redo on body work. The team takes initiative from the first contact and stays on top of entire process....no slack or lackadaisical behaviors in the crew. I like knowing I can depend on seamless service so I purposely choose Automation Collision on Hoffner Rd..

I worked with Steve who provided exceptional customer service! Knowledgeable, professional and provided repairs in a timely matter. I was rear ended and needed my bumper repaired and repainted. Steve has my car completed faster then anticipated. When I came to pick up my car my bumper looked like new! Superb work done by the repair and body department. I had my car repaired at AutoNation Collision and it was a very good work and couldn't even tell I'd had a wreck. They gave excellent customer service. If I needed my car repaired again I would definitely use them.
