I must say when I got the follow up call from Jordan to buy a vehicle, I was not expecting to buy since I had already bought the Hummer H2 my husband was looking for. I am so glad to get this survey because this was the worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to. It took quite a long time for the oil change and tire rotation to be done, I have never waited so long, ever! Then the cost was over twice as much as any other dealer I have been to. IN addition to that they ran the charge twice and caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Words cannot express how I grateful I am for your staff. I arrived a mess and they really took care of me in my time of need. I came to David (Vega? Sorry I do not have his business card on me at the time the Director of service) in tears and he reassured me that I was in good hands. He did not disappoint. He and the staff were simply AMAZING! I can not thank you all enough!
Horrible service, especially from TJ. He's lazy and doesn't follow thru.
