I wish I could give 0 stars. This is quite possibly the worst dealership service team I've ever had to deal with. My leased 2016 Malibu CAUGHT FIRE driving down the highway putting me in an extremely dangerous situation. After OVER 3 months, the service department still cannot tell me the repair estimate or if this is covered under warranty. They can't even tell me what caused the car to catch fire. Meanwhile, I am still expected to make payments past my lease end while this dealership spends months "gathering information". ... read more
Very bad customer service in the service department They kept my car for over a month and returned it to me filthy and it was impossible to reach the managers Bobby or Tony, they never answer calls or return voicemails
