Purchased a vehicle on 8/24/23, and their finance guy uses deceptive tactics. Upon telling them we were already pre-approved for financing, it happens that our bank was the only bank that they did not do business with; load of c*** We decided to see what bank they could get with the same rate or better. The next day, the finance guy called to verify information and when I said that I wanted to know what my rate was before I went back to sign the paperwork, he said that it would be close to the rate I already had. We have reached out to the customer to discuss this further. We matched customer's rate at their bank, and fully disclosed optional protection items available to them. They declined. At no point was the customer told they were required to purchase additional protection items, and all dollar amounts were fully disclosed.
Dropped my car off for some minor fixes so it would pass inspection and to get an oil change done.They advices me incorrectly that the airbag light being on would fail inspection.It took them two weeks to get the airbag fixed but the inspection was not done.They also missed an issue with one of the lights that will actually fail an inspection.Feel scammed, do not recommend
I had a Shockingly bad experience today!Made an appoint.for 9am wed feb15 2023. Initially told me 3-4 hrs wait, said I was ok with that.For safety Recall on Duramax motor(engine block heater cord),now they say 3 days wait cuz manpower issues,This place needs to shut down for lying to customers.will never go their again or refer ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION.This is why FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE SO VALUABLE, but that didnt happen today,
This is by far the worst auto dealership in *****. Possibly in the entire ***.They don't return phone calls, even from their General Manager.Buyers beware, these are not a company you want do deal with.

Not only I agree with everything other customers said, I have to add that the business is stuck in ****. If you are a woman, they will send all of the correspondence regarding your car to your husband. It is impossible to schedule an appointment, they simply do not pick up the phone or answer your emails or texts. I have been trying to contact them for MONTHS about yet another SAFETY RECALL. The issues with your car never get resolved. My first and hopefully last experience with ****** Never again.

The service Department is the absolute WORST!!! I would highly recommend you stay away from this dealership for service, they simply do not care about you as a customer. I brought my truck in for warranty work three separate times to get an issue fixed, first time was three days, and they "couldn't get to it", but I needed my truck you know to drive, took it in for a second time left it a WEEK and they still didn't get it done, took it in a third time and they STILL didn't get it done after an additional week, after I went d... read more

Customer is correct and the issue didnt get resolved till i got involved yesterday afternoon. I talked to the customer and put him in a loaner till his truck is done so he can go out of town.
I bought a warranty for used car last year. I took it in told them I had some issues. I left their for a few days. I went to pick up they stated their was nothing wrong with it. Forward to this year my car decided die on me at a stop light. I took it to Century Automotive which found a problem with extra wiring being connected to the battery. They took care of that and I am wondering why the dealership didn't find extra wiring in the back of my car by the battery. Which is a fire hazard. You should really train your service ... read more
We were interested in a car they were selling but brakes needed to be fixed. When we brake...it goes to floor so not good. They said we would need to put $500 deposit to hold the car while they fix the brakes and if we are not happy, they will refund us. We went ahead and put deposit down and waited a few days. They called and said it's ready and mechanic says brakes are good. So we go back out and brakes still go to floor and car still rolls after braking. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience buying a car, horrible experience with collision center. Sat on my car for 1 month before starting fixes - won't give me a loaner car because the collision center can't use the fleet, no apologies, no remorse, never any updates, my pick up date has been pushed back 3 times.
