Made and confirmed an Appointment to come 2 hours each way on my day off to see a Car. When I got there I was informed that the sales man I had scheduled to see was not there, that wasn’t a big deal but then they also told me the car I was there to see also wasn’t on their lot because they lent it out earlier that day and didn’t think to update me I was kinda surprised. esto: I am not upset because of the money. I am disappointed because I expected honesty and for AutoNation to honor the offer they gave me. I traveled to the dealership expecting to receive the promised $22,450, but the offer was reduced to $19,000 because of an AutoCheck error that I had already proven was incorrect. Since I had an international flight the next day, I had no realistic option but to accept the lower offer. I hope AutoNation reviews this process and treats future customers more fairly.
