Incredible Service Dept ! Great service manager , very knowledgeable and very helpful
Apparently they can't even perform a routine oil change without kicking your check engine light on. Mind you my car is under 5,000 miles
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle at AutoNation Chevy Northpoint . Our salesman was great but on the other hand our finance managers supervisor was a complete ass. I called Sunday afternoon talked with AMANDA in financing because we wanted to return the vehicle. We had 3days/150 miles to return it if we weren't happy. Not sure why they have you make an appointment you just get shuffled to the back of the line. Never spent less than three hours waiting. Slow and not as friendly as when you're buying the car.
Tim Phillips and the service department are the best in the high level of service they deliver.
I went into AutoNation Northpoint yesterday to get a 2013 Chevy Equinox. The price was good so I figured what do I have to lose? Well, I had contact with Michael B, he was very professional. I knew I would be on good hands. I dealt with Mary, she was so sweet. Well, long story short, I didn't get that 2013 Equinox, I actually came home with a 2016 Chevy Equinox! The Asst. This was by far the worst experience we ever had buying a car. We were lied to, given wrong, misleading information and ignored after leaving several messages. I would never buy a car from them again and would never recommend this dealership. We have already told several people to buy from somewhere else. And don't bother telling me to call someone in customer service. Based on the reviews this dealership has a very notorious history of providing terrible service so obviously nothing changes. Con artists service department. One day for oil change. One day for 4 new tires, only one of which were bad. One day for front brakes. I asked for the tires to be placed in the back of truck, they agreed to do so, then kept the tires anyway. My employer wants to use a local dealership to service the trucks...we will be looking for another dealership.
