I work for a competitor. An acquaintance of mine brought their vehicle in for service. The consultant was not able to get my friend and their customer's concern correctly down on the repair order. They failed to ask open ended questions to determine the actual concerns and follow up with closed ended questions to confirm the concerns. She came in with simple concerns. The blower fan did not operate and the starter had to be hit with a hammer to get it to engage. They replaced her thermostat and could not duplicate the starte... read more

I went in over a month ago for an oil change. I have an active recall so I tried to get the parts ordered prior to but the woman scheduling thought I needed an inspection first, okay fine. When I got there for my appointment not only were they overbooked "because of people from Florida" but the man helping me really tried to go back and forth disagreeing when I was already disgruntled I had to make 2 trips. Nevertheless they ordered the parts and he comped my oil change for the misunderstanding. Well here almost 2 months lat... read more

You should not make appointments for service if you don't hold to them. People make appointments for a reason and when we show up early and or on time we are still made to wait over 2.5 hours. There should be two lanes - 1 for appointments and 1 for walk ins. Those who made the effort to make the appointment should be given preference closer to their appointment time. If this isn't a possibility then stop making appointments all together.

too much to type, but among other issues, I fell for the old slight-of-hand trick where the price is increased, but I was distracted by (2) $499 items added without consulting me first, so I didn't notice they increased the price by over $500.00, had to the 2 items removed and signed. This was a purchase of a brand new vehicle and I was willing to pay the price that was listed in both auto trader and their website. I went into this planning on NOT fighting over price or trade-in because I just didn't need the stress and they... read more

If I could give them 1 star, I would. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy a car here and if you don't take that advice, don't purchase gap insurance from them. They've been holding our gap insurance refund hostage for 2 months. Every time we ask, it takes days to get a reply, and then another form to complete. I will never return!

We had a great buying experience with my 2011 Chevy equinox. I really enjoyed working with Rey and Jason. They made the process very easy.

Do not buy a certified pre-owned from this place. I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia that was supposed to be a cream puff. As soon as I drove it off the lot I had problem after problem. Timing chains, shocks and struts, 4 oxygen sensors, a catalytic converter, and now I have a cracked wave plate in the transmission which will cost $4500 to get a new transmission. I'm utterly disgusted. I've talked to 2 general managers on the sales side and the service manager as well and I'm still stuck with this vehicle. I really got screwed.
