My daughter was driving up from FL when her 2004 Malibu Max had problems on a Thursday night on I-75 knowing she had to be back home on Monday. She nursed it to Sandy Springs, GA. We called AutoNation who had always taken such great care of the car when we owned it. They took her auto right in Friday morning. Returned the car in tiptop shape on Saturday, saving her weekend plans. If you have a Chevy...they will give it great care.
I was satisfied with the purchase experience. It was a little slow however. There were more customers than sales people.
I bought a car from this dealership on Saturday May 12th. This was my first new vehicle purchase. As I was driving away in my new vehicle, I felt very proud of myself and felt a great sense of peace knowing that I had a vehicle that is trustworthy and reliable. Awful experience...Rude and unhelpful, everyone seemed annoyed to help. Also overheard a member of service department belittle a customer over a question...Will be taking my Tahoe here. Glad I was only looking to have a simple task done that is cosmetic and did not need it done.

Arrived early for my "quick" oil change & tire rotation and it turned into a 2 hour wait and being told that the service advisers work on commission. I spoke to Kurt, the service manager about this and he promised that they are working on a better solution to the "quick lane". I hope so, because we all have other options and having my car serviced at the dealer would not be one of them. See Terry for white glove service (former BMW employee) and Kurt for issues. I will allow one more chance.
They were incredibly nice and thoughtful. Everything was explained. Our salesman was Jaime and Kevin was the finance guy - both made sure we knew what was what. We were pleased with the transaction and the used vehicle that we purchased. Thank you.
