My wife had an appointment to look at a car at 11am. Drove over an hour with our two children to Gilbert from Peoria. As she gets there they tell her they are taking it to one of their other dealerships to have someone else look at it. Are you serious? You couldn't honor the appointment or at least call so she didn't drive all of the way down there for absolutely nothing? What kind of people do that to their customers? Amazing new dealership in Gilbert. People are friendly and honest. They have wi-fi, a free coffee bar, give me a complimentary loaner car in service and a free car wash. Highly recommended!

I had some work done on the air conditioner from another place and it was still not working right, so I took the car to AutoNation and they said they would have to replace the whole kit, motor, shroud and all I need was to replace the one motor. They replace the whole thing and charged me for it. I won't not trust them and plan on contacting an attorney for the over payment that I should hot have had to pay extra for.
If you want to have a safe and reliable vehicle DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! We bought a vehicle at auto nation 3 months ago I had to fight with finance they wrote other customers information on my loan documents not to mention the extended warranty was supposed to be included and then at the end of it all I don't have it!
