Had this service guy named Mike and he was just a rude piece of crap. Was no help, didn't go over anything, didn't make another appointment and to top it off when I went to pick up my car he points out the window to where my car was parked and said "Your car is over there" and walked his fat ass off back to sit down! Ughhhhh worst service ever!!! Even worse when you write an email to complain and don't get a call back. Smh if that loser doesn't like his job or doesn't know how to work with people I suggest he shouldn't work ... read more
Had appointment at 0930 to find out what was wrong with my car. Never received a call to find out the problem or cost. Called them at 4 PM, still didn't know. Hour later received a call and had to leave my car another day, which I wasn't expecting. I know that they are busy, but I feel I should have received a call a lot earlier as to what the problem was and estimated charge. Didn't get tp pick up my car till 6:30pm.

I had a wonderful experience from email communications with Travis Reynolds all the way through the dealing and coming to a price I was happy with even to calling him and having him check out an errant light that decided to fix itself as it was being pulled into the service area. Travis is by far the best sales person I have dealt with over the course of the last 6 cars I have purchased!
