I have been sitting here for over two hours waiting for my vehicle. When I made my appointment I was told to go to the Buick service area because they aren’t booked. I wasn’t told they shared service area with the building next door. Nor was I told they don’t have service technicians dedicated to the”Buick” side. Love the truck all the salespersons are awful liars, especially Mo, lies to me so many times I can’t count them all. Took 2 months to get running boards in, went to finally get them installed, dropped if off a day early, he did even take to the shop till 1 pm the following day, basically waiting 3 days to get installed, told them I had dr app when I dropped it off, so they basically don’t give a crap about the customer, I’ll go back to ford next time they have excellent customer service

Mr Lopez was a wonderful salesman. I’ll surely purchase another vehicle from him again. He got the deal done in a quick fashion and is truly concerned with what your needs are. Finding a way to get you the best deal on the vehicle that you’re interested in. If you need a car. Go see him it’ll be the best experience you’ll have buying a car.
Terrible! I have been trying to get a vibration repaired for over a year. These people are the worst. I have had my Yukon in there 4 times and they can’t get it right. I picked it up today and it has a new problem.
Trying to get information about a part was 15 minutes of wasted time with no results. Will have to go to Kingsville or San Antonio for parts and service.
I am grateful for a successful maintenance experience. Thanks
