Worst service ever. My gmc sierra got knocking in engine. I have platinum warranty. Took truck to dealership. They kept truck for a week and did not provide a rental to me when i asked multiple times. They ran diagnostics on truck. No errors codes. I had multiple outside mechanics look at truck and they said there would be no error codes and issue was with a lifter stuck or collapsed due to DOD/AFM. Dealership refused to check that part on my truck because no error code. Took tech on ride with me to hear noise. Service shop ... read more

I would not recommend GMC. The service department is HORRIBLE! My boyfriend brought in his GMC Sierra to get the check engine light fixed. They told him three weeks ago that it would be done in a day. The day ends and NO ONE follows up with him in regards to when to pick up his vehicle. Come to find out that they didn’t know what was wrong so it needed to be observed longer (which we were fine with) a week goes by and they still don’t follow up (we had to follow up again) they informed us that they are waiting on a part for ... read more
What a bunch of crooks. I purchased a car from them a month ago that arrived with all 4 wheels damaged. Pierre the general manager agreed to get them fixed so I hired a wheel company to handle that here in my hometown and of course they wanted payment up front. I paid them and sent the invoice to my salesman for reimbursement.
