I had a great experience with the service department on my Cadillac. Jason was courteous and prompt to return my calls concerning my car. All my issues were taken care of!
Went in after going to other dealerships even out of town being told we CANNOT get approved. Husband went in, spoke to Ed Marshall and got him approved for his Chevy Dually. Weeks later we went back to purchase a second vehicle and of course returned to Ed. Ed Marshall didn’t lose his patience with the million questions we had and even stayed after hours a few times to help us out. Definitely recommend Ed Marshall if your looking for a vehicle!

Crooks…Incompetent…or BOTH!!! Had the misfortune of vehicle not starting in Corpus Christi when trying to make the return trip home to San Antonio on Sun afternoon Apr 22nd. Had vehicle (2012 Terrain) towed into Autonation Buick GMC the following morning. The service advisor, George, came out after a few hours and indicated I need a new key at a cost of 348.85. Had an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change. Somehow my vehicle got lost in the shuffle and I was still sitting there waiting at 11 a.m. Manager had to go find out where my Envision was and get the ball rolling.
