We have taken many vehicles here and been loyal customers for over 20 years. Sometimes pricey but always done well. The work was always what they quoted and done in a timely manner.
Had a great experience at Sun Valley Automotive. We have always smogged our cars at the Rancho location. Very professional.
I can not see how this place got high ratings!! Worst service I have ever experience in my life!! You keep my truck 6 days without ever communicating with me, I have to call you, then my truck is done, I come and pay the bill, then you make me wait 15 minutes before informing me you have misplaced my keys and I won't be able to take my truck home because one of the auto tech took my keys home and he is not answering his phone!! We took my car here to get the a/c checked and then payed $89 for you guys to do an electrical test. For you guys to tell us the compressor wasn't getting power. Little did you know we popped the panel off and the a/c plug was just unplugged you guys are a rip off.
This place is a complete rip off! Been going here for years and Terry used to run a legitimate business but not anymore. Do not go there!!!! I will never return!!!
