No communication, never call you back. Very rude . They say they will call you never do. They can't keep there stories straight. Had my car door fixed $500 . Needless to say. 3rd in a month let's see if they can get is right. Completely assholes.
Excellent customer service. We had a situation that required specific parts and Sun Valley Automotive kept us informed on the status as well as the cost of parts. The shop is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Dont forget to take your personal belongings out of your car. You will never see rhem again. Took my car to the Rome store all seemed ok till I picked up my car. A week later and im still cleaning grease and shit from my car. Also my sunglasses were stolen and replaced by a much inferior pair. When I went back to retreve my sunglasses i was told everyone is very honest and would never steal. They had my car for three days and my stuff is gone. When we called mgmt. Sun Valley Automotive Rules! Very Polite staff, Honest mechanic and Great communication. They got my car running after, a blown freeze plug, bad fuel Pump and a bad coil kept my car out of commission. Everyone is very friendly and Polite. The Owner is very Nice and Gracious.
