I was coming into town from Arkansas for the Hot Rod Powertour, and just North of St. Louis, my Chevelle developed a violent vibration. Found out the transmission output seal came out. I was in a bad spot, and another tour participant referred me to Jonathan at Automotive Performance in Morris, IL. Looked for quite awhile to find a good and honest diesel mechanic for my F250. Even though they are not local to me, Automotive Performance was so highly recommended by a fellow diesel owner that I made the 40 minute trek to service my truck. So glad I did! Took in for a tire sensor and abs and traction control lights were on. He fixed sensor. Said lights were coming on because oil was low. This was about 6-7 months ago. Lights coming on again. New mechanic said way over full with oil. That would never make braking system lights come on. $1200 down the drain. Not even sure how he came up with that amount. Oh wait....I'm a girl. Now I will have to pay for what was probably more damaged with driving it for 6 months with overfilled oil.
