RecommendedOn a recent fishing trip to Colorado, my 2011 Chevy Traverse experienced an electrical failure which included a battery failure and a short. After purchasing a new battery and driving to a paved road, the vehicle had to be towed from a campground area to Alamosa. The tow driver recommended Automotive Concepts. We arrived at 3:10pm. this place is awsome, Jeff is the best, he accommodated me in a very short notice over a busy 4th of July to change diesel injectors in my truck. he got it done plus extras. and in budget we discussed. very pleased now we can start our journey home to Minnesota. thanks Jeff you rock.
I took my truck in and when we got it back it had a deep scratch in the door and ofcourse nobody did it I won’t be back there again if you want a good shop go to good speed
We were driving through Alamosa when we broke down. Janet sent two team members to pick us up and they had us back on the road within hours. The staff is amazing and has the best customer service I have ever seen at an automotive shop.
A very honest and reliable shop. They make sure the problem is fixed right. No shortcuts or bumping up the bill. They fix what needs done and authorize any other needed repairs BEFORE they proceed so there aren't any surprises when it's time to settle up. I won't go anywhere else.
