On the recommendation of other Volkswagen community members I took my 2013 Golf R to Lui at Auto Day Spa to get a United Motorsport tune installed. The product paired fantastic with my vehicle and Lui made a couple suggestions that made things even better. The argument over what tuning company is "best" will never end, but I will continue to recommend Lui because his commitment to customer satisfaction really shows. It's nice to see someone with a true passion for their daily work.

Luis is a true professional. Great communication before and after the sale (I purchased United Motorsports software for my vehicle). Not only was he smiling and friendly after waking him up on a Sunday unannounced (long story and I don't advise doing that), but he thoroughly tested my car and ran logs. I also received an impromptu [drive-by] tour of VwVortex, which was pretty cool. I am happy I made the 6+ hour round trip. Thanks again for everything!

With the recent purchase of our new vehicle my first call was to Lui to work his magic on the paint and also the leather. I've seen his work before and was amazed at the results, even new cars that look better than rolling off the showroom floor. Upon dropping off our vehicle, I stayed to help out and learned quite a bit about his processes and how thorough he was. Luis is very passionate about detailing cars. He puts a lot of his love of what he does into your cars detail and appearance. My paint was challenging for him and he put every effort in getting the job done to my satisfaction. Talk about under promise and over deliver... The price he charged was 15% less then what he quoted. Two thumbs up!

Finally got around to bringing my car to Automobile Day Spa, it was long over due and just what the car needed before putting it back on the road for the summer. I knew it wasnt a perfect car and the paint needed some attention, Lui did just that. If youre considering having your car professionally detailed this should be your first and only stop. Attention to detail is great, kept me updated with the progress, just an overall great experience. Thanks again !
