Just want to give a shout out to Lui! About 2.5 weeks ago Lui decontaminated my car and corrected my paint. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is one of the most thorough detailers I have dealt with. Being a perfectionist, I felt he took care of all my needs and was willing to answer all of my questions. I will be using Lui again in the future and I strongly recommend him to anyone that would like their car detailed. Thanks again Lui!!

I had heard a lot of good things about Lui and UM's tune and had been considering switching over from my old tune for awhile now. I finally pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier with the results. Lui was exceptionally helpful with the few decisions I was trying to make and worked around my schedule to get it done. The car is more fun than ever now. I've definitely been recommending both his service and UM's tune to everyone who may be interested.

Luis is the man! Our Chicago UM Tuning rep took care of me on the fly when I needed to update my MK7 Golf R file after some more bolt on mods. His flexible schedule and extensive knowledge of UM platform make him an invaluable Chicago-based resource for the best VAG VW Audi software on the market. You could go with APR if you need a brand name to stroke your ego, but if you want the best tuning program with true customer-focused service, Luis is the only choice!

Huge thanks to Lui at ADS for the United Motorsports tune on my gti! Highly recommend his services and the UM flash brings out a whole new beast in your car!
Due to no UM dealers within 4 miles of where I live I contacted ADS about using their UM loaner tool. They were great with answering the numerous questions I had and I received the loaner tool in 2 days. Working with Lui was great and he provided the best customer service. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything.
