Good customer service.
Automax is a good sized outlet with multiple sites. The initial contact was via phone with a central operator and she was great. The Attleboro location was friendly and helpful (until you reach the sales manager), but the finance person, JC, is excellent and very knowledgeable about the whole process. So great selection for cars, seemingly very good deals, and the "finance" person is fantastic.
I went to the Marlborough location after having a detailed discussion with the representative that I already received a good quote for the same car by another dealership but I did not want to wast my time if we could not negotiate a lower price on the car as I was driving one hour away to get there. I have never seen a dirtier car up for sale. It looked like it was dragged out of the ocean, and they knew I was coming to look at the vehicle. I traveled 50+ miles for nothing.

Went to look at this vehicle that had been for sale for a while they could not find the key and wouldn't have one for at least a day. Only have one day off a week so felt like I pretty much wasted my time.
