Great bunch of guys from sales to service. Huge inventory of high end vehicles, at reasonable prices.
The initial experience was very pleasant; no pressure, space to look at and drive the drive without a sales person hovering over us, but we ran into some issues after purchase; the dealership paying off our current car, time it took to register and inspect the new vehicle came down to the wire, the last day allowed by law. Thank God though, for honest sales people. Frank saw us through to the end. We need more people in sales like him.

My salesman I worked with was very nice, helpful and polite. The dealership came off as untrustworthy little things missing from the car they said they hard ordered but the car had been listed for 99 days so why have a car on the lot that is missing pieces? The branch manager was awful to deal with even for the 7 minutes total I spoke with him. The second he came over to do the hard sell I knew that even if I loved the car I wouldn't be dealing with that dealership.
They had the car and they honored the price they had offered online. While it was a high pressure environment, I do give them credit for using the CarGurus platform honestly.
Straightforward dealership, I didn’t feel pressured or anything negative from the time I contacted them and received a response to the time I asked to think about the purchase. Gus is a busy guy but still was very helpful and professional.
I'm not one who enjoys the car buying experience in large part due to the high pressure some salespeople use. Hower, I had quite a pleasant experience at this dealer and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
We ended test driving a Rav4 that had a lot of issues, you would thing that all vehicles would be in condition to drive, the Rav4 had an engine light on and brakes were failing. Gus was the sales man and was pleasant to talk to.
