Not entirely as described. Just did a walk through of this car. Front end ( grill area ) was missing pieces& the whole bumper looked as if it had recently been replaced ( and badly at that).
Fair. Would not allow independent inspection, which all the other dealers we asked agreed to allow. Ended up finding a better SUV at a better price with our mechanic allowed to inspect. I would not shop here. I look for transparency, cooperation and honesty.

Car was nor prepped or even cleaned. Battery was dead. Tires were unmatched which with all wheel drive is dangerous. Made a deal to replace all 4 tires battery etc. Supposed to pick up car on Weds. wasn't ready till Friday. When went to pick up car found what I thought was dirt was bird poop damage edged into the paint. The kicker was when I got into the car and there was no driver side floor mat, only a plastic sheet. Very fast friendly response! Also very helpful, very accommodating. Vehicle is beautiful exactly as described and ready for test drive as soon as I arrived. I am in the process of making a purchase and everyone is doing their best to get to get everything done fast. Excellent customer service keeping me up to date on the financing process. I definitely recommend this dealer for car shopping!
Did not check out car - too far a drive. They were responsive on inquiries.
Very friendly staff. Let me test drive a couple vehicles. relaxed atmosphere. Only issue was they wouldn't look at or appraise my trade in unless I was ready to sit and talk money and purchase their vehicle. How you supposed to decide if they wont talk numbers with you? Turned me off.
