Very knowledgable le of my new Skydrop smart controller which had problems since day one. It was installed by another company who was terrible when I asked for help. The technician came out and found the issue quickly but lost connection to the controller. He went as as far as to call Skydrop and try to get it working but was not able to. The controller was bad and are sending another to replace and I am hopeful they will come back. They do not recommend this controller due to many problems they knew about. Job was to replace a broken PVC pipe under concrete, to repair the concrete and to install two new valves.
I spoke with Richard he communicated very well he understood everything I need, very punctual and did a very good job.
