Had a terrible experience with John at Autoland, we agreed on a purchase for a Ford Edge but I couldn’t get it for a week. John said that is ok I just needed to put a down payment on the vehicle. I agreed and sent down payment out on next business day, which he told me to do. I’m not from the area so I told him I have to purchase an airplane ticket and he said yep go ahead and they would pick me up an the airport so I went ahead and purchased the $250 plane ticket. If anyone is looking for a great quality used car this is the only place to go. Excellent service before, during, and after the sale. They treat everyone with respect while working with you.
