Just bought a 2017 Sentra and my wife absolutely loves it. Mike Tarantola was amazing and showed us multiple vehicles that fit what we were looking for. I wish I could've purchased them all! All the other employees were extremely friendly and there was a huge congratulations after finishing the paper work. I'm definitely going to recommend any friends or family interested in purchasing a new vehicle!!!
I would advise anyone looking to buy a new nissan to look elsewhere. I bought a new 2015 nissan rouge that has now been to the shop at least 4 times to fix the air bag problems it has with at least the passenger seat that tends to want to shut off randomly even while someone weighing over the federal government regulations of 108 pounds is sitting in the seat. The air bag will randomly shut off and stuff off or never come on at all. And nissan can't seem to fix the problem and don't really care to seem to want to help. I wou... read more

This is the second car I have bought from wood river Nissan! My product specialist was Lawrence Herndon and I couldn't be more pleased, he truly went out of his way and above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted! I will definitely be back!
Called about the car in the add. The guy on the phone said we have it come on In. 30 mins later they could not find it but had the key. I was with a family member who bought a new car and the 189$ a month went to 250$ with good credit and 3k down. Salesmen was a the worst it’s a bait and switch.
On 9/16/2017 I had purchased a Nissan Versa without the excellent customer service from Mr.Brandon Elliot. I recommended my peers if they go to Nissan Center in Woodriver to ensure to see Mr.Elliott. He is a excellent salesman and straight forward and honest, Nissan has a Great employee.
