Very disappointed and upset that I made clear on the phone what I wanted gave vin number the whole nine yards. I told Bob I had heart problems and didn't want any surprises If I came up. The price was suppose to be under $14,300. As well as I have a Nissan Altima 2015 with only 16,000 miles I was going to trade in with over $5K in equity. Sure enough I got there and they wanted over $17,000 for the cheapest car they carry as well as take my Car that I owe less than $7500 on. They are out of their minds. Best dealership hands down. They have the most Professional staff I've ever delt with. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere but from Autocenters Nissan. When I say they treat you like family they do. They made the whole experience from start to finish so simply. I was so impressed I went back a week later and bought a second vehicle from them. 5 stars does not do them justice.
My Versa has had multiple recalls on it unfortunately and this last recall required parts that weren't expected to be in stock for quite some time. Nissan provided me a loaner car to drive the entire time while waiting for the parts to come in. Since my actual car sat on their lot for so long the battery went dead and they even replaced my battery when they performed the recall service at the same time-at no extra charge! Very pleased. They made what could have been a very stressful situation totally manageable.
I went to Nissan Autocenters yesterday for the first time and I must say it was a very bad experience I was told something totally different over the phone from in person this is a false advertisement company they get your hopes up just to get you there which was a whole HOUR away just to waste your time and talk BS to you. They did not work to even try to get me out the car they was too busy walking around on smoke breaks and playing around I would not recommend anyone to this place I specifically told them what the issue w... read more

I don’t own a Nissan, nor did I buy a vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan - but I had my Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change today. Excellent service, excellent price. I will DEFINITELY bring my vehicle back to AutoCenters Nissan for my service needs. Thanks, guys!!
