RecommendedSecond time we take our vehicle in , the first time was our very first oil change we were attended by Mr.Cox .Today we went in because our tire had a nail in it and since it's an Escalade only the dealership could service it .Again Mr. Cox took care of us and he was awesome I even told him that he had great customer service .Thank you Charlie Clark for making our experience smooth and fast .

RecommendedWe have bought our last 4 vehicles from St. Charles Nissan. The reason is because of the terrific service we received each time. This week my Altima just stopped in the middle of Highway K. We had it towed to St. Charles Nissan and were received as if we had a scheduled appointment. Al Romero was so helpful and had a technician look at my car immediately. This really assured me I was in the right hands. Very satisfied customer and will be back!
