Purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger here last week. Everyone was very friendly, and we loved the finance manager Roger! However, when we got the keys, the outside was nice and clean, but they didn't even touch the interior. There was still dust on the dashboard and left behind salt and pepper granules in the center console from the previous owner. It wasn't vacuumed or detailed inside whatsoever. Had a couple of issues with my 2015 Nissan Rogue, talked with Jason, the head of Service department, and he took great care off the issue. My car was there for 7 days. Everything we talked about was taken care of at high standard. He also called me everyday to notify me of where they were with the fixing process and if any issues came up. Very satisfied!
