Jerry was very welcoming and professional. He inspected our vehicle and took it for a test drive. He had a $16000 offer ready in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the offer was $2000 less than Carvana offered us. Actually CARVANA actually pays the actual max.
No one was there for my appointment. I called and someone eventually showed up. Offered $500 less than CarMax. Offered to beat CarMax by $200. Keep in mind when I went online and scheduled the appointment it was because the website said I would get $3800. After inspection, my car came back in perfect condition and they reduced my offer from 3800 to 2000. FOR PERFECT CONDITION. Why not just say 2000 from the start. Save your time and frustration.
