I have been a customer for a couple years and have usually always been satisfied Last year I signed up for the unlimited plan which was $14.99 HOWEVER my March 2022 credit card statement showed a $15.99 or a $1.00 increase which I was NEVER notified about or authorized. I did not really notice this increase until last month. I gave ***** the manager at the car wash on ******************* told me after I gave him $45 to clean my car 10 minutes ago that they dont vacuum under the seats unless I give him a extra $15 dollars and I watched him clean my windows with a dirty rag and he refused to correct because he said they are a express wash and they dont have time for that after paying him $45 dollars, he the only person that gives me a hard way to go. He has some mental issues and I wont be going back to Autobell ever again

Went to location 18 in ******** on 4/29/22. Ran my Truck through the wash and heard a weird banging sound coming from my driver's side. I suspect it was the Windshield wiper arm that was laying in the track that my huge 35 inch tires somehow pushed up in the the brushes. Didnt really think anything of it due to it being loud. Went to get gas and noticed the front driver's side fender and door had a few little dings, dent and tiny scratches. I wish I could've taken a pic before I drove it in but, who would do that? Staff at this location refused to clean the inside of my pregnant wife's vehicle despite her request. I will not be coming back.

I was liking the monthly plan because of the unlimited car washes until I was locked out of my account and told I'd have to wait 16 days to get back into it! That's over half the month without being able to use the services?!? Calling customer service wasn't helpful at the least stating they couldnt do anything to help, because they don't have access to my account. This makes absolutely no sense!!!

Took my car to *************************************************************************************************** on 2/06/2022 at 9:47AM. Normally I was and vacuum my car myself but since I have not done it myself in a very long time I figured I would go through the car wash and then keep up with the cleaning myself there afterwards. Recently they updated their app, and upon doing so I lost my membership access as the end user. I was able to log right back into my account on the updated app however, it showed "no membership". The location referred me to their headquarters for a resolution so, I immediately reached out. The first person I spoke to informed me that they could see my membership just fine, and I explained that wasn't the case on my end so I was unable to utilize it. Started drafting my card 4 yrs after I cancel. I have called now 3x to get help and everytime they take my number and never call back. Need help getting canceled and my money.
Same experience as many others. Paid for the ***** special. After the cleaning there were smudges and bugs on the front and windshield. Scratches all along the side which are deep that were not there before which I will have to get fixed. Part of the bumper popped loose. Very disappointed. I could have gotten a better result on an exterior wash from a gas station car wash. I do not reccomend getting your car washed here.
