Minus 2 Stars Please: We are Terribly disappointed! We were so excited when we saw that a new car wash was coming to my neighborhood in Greenbrier (Chesapeake, VA). I was all ready to buy/subscribe to the monthly services for both of us and make this Autobell our "go to" for a clean car experience until last Friday. If i could give it minus starts i would ...but ,I took my car to autobell in snellville ga on 6 .1 .2019 & as i drove away i noticed my passenger side window covered in a smudge like substance and some type of glitter on the door panel and some specks on the dash board , since the store was closed and i was close to home i started to wipe it with warm soapy water as it seemed like a filmy substance as i did that i noticed huge scratches & that were NOT there before , they are in an up down , side to side and circular directi... read more

The following day the store manager called Ms. ******** and scheduled an appointment on Monday, June 3 at 9am to discuss her concerns. The store manager went through our claims process and the investigation showed no evidence to support the claim. After meeting with the store manager, the customer contacted our Customer Service team to dispute the findings of the investigation. Pulled up, 3 guys ran around the corner to assist. Let down my window and 2 guys stopped and made a comment to the 3rd. He asked what I wanted I asked for a basic wash he gives my card to one of the other guys that says "told you" in a sparky tone and chuckles. Super unprofessional and stereotypical behavior. Disgusted, immediately asked for my $$ back.
