this is the worst full service car wash ever ! every time i go , I say its the last ....but now it is !!! miss half the stuff there're suppose to do ..because they rush through it...35 bucks for a crappy car wash is a total rip off.....its a wonder these guys even keep a job there... LAZY, and downright I dont give a crap attitude.....do not go here , you will get ripped off !
I went to get a regular wash and I thought a vacuum on the 5/05/15 . The manager , who took my car to the vacuum machine never vacuum the floors. Went back the second time to get it done. The manager on duty personally took my car again and drove it to the vacuum machine and had one of the workers vacuum the floors. A bunch of careless kids and rude managers at this location. Damaged my car, then lied about doing it and accused my girlfriend of getting in a hit and run car accident. Bullying someone by accusing them off committing a crime is no way to run a business. Stay far away if you value your car at all.
Crooks!!!! I went here for the first time, and thought they did a great job. I was then driving home and opened my glove box and everything fell to the floor! They break your stuff and don't tell you about it! Austin Crider who is the manager is now denying my claim and now I'm stuck with a broken glove box Please avoid going here!
decent washing, specially the tires.
The exterior was good; however, for almost $30 & an upgraded option I expected a thorough interior vacuum & cleaning which did not happen. Minor debris - leaves, small bits of whatever, etc. - were clearly visible at various places in my car. Not pleased enough to ever go back to this location but will try another Autobell before I drop them all.

Very Dissapointed! This review is for the Chesapeake VA. Western Branch location: I've brought my vehicles to this location for the past several years even before it was Auto Bell, I have always been very pleased with the service and cleaning, I never had to point anything out that was missed and always left a great tip.
