I went into Autobahn to only test drive and check out the XC90. That’s where I met Jovone Melendez, Salesperson Extraordinaire. Jovone was knowledgeable on the stores entire inventory and all the Volvo features. After the test drive and a brief interview on my needs, we were working on a deal. Needless to say, I am the newest owner of the XC90 and absolutely love it.
I Needed a new pre owned or lease car due to mine being outdated, but was in a rush to buy. I went to two other dealerships in dallas for Volvo and had horrible experiences. I recently referred someone to this dealership and the Salesperson was Shannon. Simply amazing. I don’t normally post however I was made aware of a negative review on Shannon and I just want others to know that the experience and kindness he has towards customers is award winning. That negative review with the text message is laughable. The guy wanted a deal and couldn’t get what he wanted and has a history of leaving reviews when he doesn’t get what he wants.
