This dealer doesn’t even deserver one start rating. I would give 0 if i could. I bought the vehicle on Jan 31st and it’s been past two months and my temporary tags are already expired. Still they haven’t mailed the plates to me yet. I had to call them 30 times to track it down and the plates were just lying in the office and they don’t even care to search for it and mail them on a timely manner. In the age of the internet, I like the comfort of shopping via email or text. I also don't want to drive an hour to a dealership on the hopes of a pre-owned car being in a condition I expect. I asked a lot of questions and specifics, and Andy Kimball took the time and effort to get additional photos, a video tour, and visually inspect it himself to report all the flaws (fortunately, very few). I went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle and found a potential candidate. They seemed nice and willing to work with me. I put $500 down to hold the vehicle I was potentially going to purchase with the promise I would get that back or put it toward the price of the car if I did go through with the purchase.
