Absolutely phenomenal service from the parts department. Harrison is wealth of knowledge and a great asset to the team. I will continue to purchase OEM parts from VW so long as Harrison continues his good work
Worst auto service I have ever received, bar none. Came in to get a headlight changed, and was told by Kenneth that I'd need a full diagnostic to determine the issue. Now, I'm no mechanic, but I'm pretty sure that when the headlight is flickering it means it needs to be changed. I forked over $200 and nearly 3 hours of waiting just to be told what I already knew. But it gets worse... Following the diagnostic, I was informed that it would be an additional $750 ($250 for parts, and $500 for labor) to replace a single headlight... read more
They were able to remove my lugnuts. Service was good for time of day. Cost was decent as well.
