I was inquiring about a 2017 ***** that I saw on the website. The Internet manager( ***************************), sent me an email. I honestly was going to pay cash for this car, but I changed my mind. A few days later the same manager sent a follow up email. I then asked if they had any vehicles that were priced around $10,000, he replied "No we do not!" and removed the link from the previous car that I asked for. This was soo unprofessional... I will not buy any cars from this jerk...

Went in for oil change pulled up an service advisor an 5 porters turn an look at me but don't come out. Asked to have recalls checked never heard back during visit if this was done. Got video message that needed alignment due to tire wear (tires 3 days old), asked manger an he said was cause of history of no alignment, total lie had to send techs video. Maintance light was not reset. No recommendation for air filter, but yet it was very dirty( don't think it was even checked). Got 5 miles down the road an check engine light ... read more

I think that my expericene to date with Autobahn was amazing. Considering that I am in New York and they are in Texas had me a little cautions about buying a car without looking at it. But my Salesman Bob K. was so comforting my concerns and pleasent to work with i felt like i was in good hands. I bought a BMW M5 with around 2,000 miles on it. The car arrived and it was immaculte. I bought and paid cash for a certified preowned 2016 Beetle from Autobahn in October of 2018. This month, September 2019, I had to get it inspected, and went to 3 inspection shops that could not connect to the port for the inspection. I ended up taking my car to VW in ********. I found a vehicle online. I liked it. I went to the dealership and test drove it. The salesmen (Mike) and I agreed to a price. He even communicated with my bank. They sent him an image of the check and tracking information as they sent it via next day shipping. A few hours later Mike texted me and said they sold the vehicle, despite the fact that they'd receive funds the next day. I guess it wasn't a bad business move, but it wasn't very good customer service or integrity.
