I had this annoying shaking in my front tires when I braked. I took my car to another shop and they told me I need to replace my rotors and do a total brake job. Jack and David took a look at it and told me I just needed to resurface the rotors and I was good to go! Thank you Auto Aid for your honesty, professionalism and saving me a lot of money!

Brought my car here, at the suggestion of a friend. I was extremely nervous because I don't know anything about cars and didn't know if I was being overcharged (being laid off, I was weary of the cost). I had lots of questions. I met David and he was extremely patient. Jack and his team at Auto Aid in my humble opinion are the BEST Automotive Repair Shop in Los Angeles. I am always treated fairly and they complete the work in a timely manner. Thanks for taking care of my Ford. I have my horses and college and I never stop driving back and forth. I never check my oil. You guys take such great care and I know it. My dad asks me “have you checked your oil?” I always say “AutoAid did.” Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!!!! You’re Great!!!!!

Reliable Car Shop – Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I’ve had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. Any Problem is Easily Explained by Jack or David Bulko – For over 20 years, I have been a customer at Auto Aid. Whenever there is an auto problem or i just want a tire checked I go to Auto Aid. They are friendly and won't talk over your head like some mechanics do, especially if you are female. Any problem with my car is easily explained by Jack or his son David Bulko.
